No: 256, 22 November 2010, Press Release Regarding the Visit of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to Turkey
United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres will pay a visit to Turkey on 22-24 November 2010. Within the framework of the visit, which is going to be the first at this level since 1991, H.E. Mr. Guterres will be received by the President of the Republic of Turkey H.E. Mr. Abdullah Gül, and will meet with Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu, State Minister and Chief Negotiator H.E. Mr. Egemen Bağış and Minister of Interior H.E. Mr. Beşir Atalay. During the visit, our relations with the UNHCR within the scope of migration and asylum will be taken up.
